Chan discusses Great River Energy with Midwest Energy News

Chan spoke with Frank Jossi from Midwest Energy News about Great River Energy's strategies to pursue clean energy and keep rates low. A significant demand management program the utility operates also helps drive down costs during times of day when electricity use is high."
