Chan moderated discussions on State and Local Activities and Opportunities and on Public Engagement & Market Development at Electrify Minnesota, the state chapter meeting of the Beneficial Electrification League. The University of Minnesota Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy (a parent organization of ECIC) co-sponsored the event and hosted the meeting at the Humphrey School.
