Taylor discusses community broadband initiatives with the California Public Utilities Commission

Taylor appeared before the California Public Utilities Commission's "California Advanced Services Fund Public Workshop" to discuss community broadband initiatives. Taylor was joined by Kevin Short, General Manager of Anza Electric Cooperative, along with other thought leaders on local broadband networks.
